Job summary

XL Parts and The Parts House (TPH) a Marubeni Group is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to receive and stock automotive parts in a warehouse environment. You should be able to move quickly, bend and squat, and climb a short ladder to reach top shelves.

You will read orders, assemble shipments, record movements, and use a computer for inventory. A high school diploma and 0–3 years in a warehouse are typical; overtime may occur, and a background check/drug screen will be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Good to above-average computer skills.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock automotive parts efficiently.
• Read orders and determine items to move based on customer orders.
• Transport materials to storage or other areas.
• Sort and organize materials by size, type, style, color or code.
• Assemble customer orders and place on pallets or shelves.
• Mark materials with IDs and record distributed amounts.
• Weigh or count items to ensure accuracy per standards.
• Use computer for record-keeping and inventory.
