VIP Automotive Group in Hicksville is hiring a full-time Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Parts Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and the automotive parts department. You will verify incoming shipments, prepare outgoing orders, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Shipping & receiving or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automotive parts shipments.
• Compare shipments to invoices and bills of lading.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and package items securely.
• Label and organize shipments accurately.
• Route incoming inventory to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy; operate forklifts, hand trucks, and warehouse equipment as needed.
• Process damaged, returned, or unsold parts.
• Pick up and deliver automotive parts from wholesale warehouses.
• Maintain stock levels and proper storage procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and parts department operations.
