Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 0–3 years in a warehouse or stock role preferred.
• Good to above-average computer skills.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads orders to determine items to move or gather.
• Conveys materials from receiving to storage or other areas.
• Sorts items by size, type, color, or code on racks or shelves.
• Assembles customer orders and places them in pallets or shelving.
• Marks materials with identifying information and opens containers.
• Records quantities received or distributed.
• Weighs or counts items to ensure conformance with standards.
• Uses computer to input records.
• Prepares parcels for mailing and shipment via carrier.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
