You will identify parts, source orders, and advise customers on technical questions while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and store policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service in-store, by phone, and to dealer shops.
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical product questions and solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, warranties, programs, and policies.
• Support store operations including stock orders and inventory control.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and assist with open/close procedures.
