O'Reilly Automotive Stores in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with parts selection, quote prices, and process transactions while maintaining cash drawers and handling returns.

Location is on-site with opportunities to assist managers and service specialists. Bilingual candidates are encouraged, and the role includes training and potential career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Process cash, checks, and credit transactions.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints with courtesy and resolve issues.
• Maintain stock, planograms, and image maker updates.
• Perform in-store services and basic vehicle diagnostics or tests where permitted.
• Drive deliveries when required by business needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
