Greenline Diesel & Auto Repair in Jacksonville, NC is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to keep the shop moving. You will own the parts operation, identify and source parts, manage orders, and maintain pricing with a focus on quality and reliability.

The ideal candidate has strong automotive parts knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and solve problems. Monday–Friday schedule, with performance-based pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive parts knowledge and attention to detail are essential.
• Accountability: you own problems and drive to solutions.
• Experience with sourcing parts, managing multiple orders, and vendor communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and verify automotive and light-duty diesel parts.
• Manage orders, deliveries, backorders, returns, cores and warranties.
• Keep technicians and advisors informed without being asked.
• Maintain accurate parts pricing, costs, and repair order documentation.
