Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and knowledge of automotive parts and the industry.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and generate new business.
• Proficient in quoting parts with accurate part numbers, pricing, promotions, and ETA information.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source auto parts based on customer requests and VIN information.
• Process orders via phone and multiple online platforms (OPS, OEC, CCC1).
• Provide accurate price quotes and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain relationships with customers and actively pursue new business in a fast-paced sales environment.
