AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! Customer Service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll assist customers with product selection, provide expert advice, and help maintain a well-stocked store. You’ll work with managers and teammates to drive sales, uphold store operations, and keep a positive, knowledgeable environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Automotive product knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers, recommend parts, and provide expert advice.
• Assist with product selection and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Maintain a well-stocked, organized store and follow POS procedures.
• Support loss prevention and safety policies.
