AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! Customer Service, ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering WOW!

Customer Service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. This role entails assisting customers, stocking shelves, recommending products, and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ to apply.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Automotive retail experience appreciated.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts selection and knowledgeable advice.
• Stock merchandise and maintain store organization.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to store performance metrics.
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
