Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication: engage with customers and provide automotive guidance.
• Leadership & Teamwork: collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness: promote products and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations: restock and organize merchandise, follow POS procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance: follow structured processes and PPE requirements.
• Product Knowledge: stay updated on automotive parts and promotions.
• Diagnostics Support: use tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
