Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with automotive advice and clear communication.
• Collaborate with managers to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to drive sales and meet metrics.
• Restock merchandise and manage inventory with proper POS procedures.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies, using PPE.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts and promotions.
• Read codes from vehicles and advise solutions using diagnostic tools.
