Progressive Stamping, Inc. in Ottoville, OH is seeking a production team member to operate stamping and assembly machinery, perform changeovers, and contribute to quality control in an automotive parts environment.

You will work as part of a team, follow safety rules, participate in continuous improvement, and help train new teammates. This is a full-time role offering steady hours in a manufacturing setting with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass PSI assessment, physical, drug screen, and interview with PSI management.

Responsabilités

• Produces a quality part that meets or exceeds customer expectations using QC techniques such as process monitoring, gauges and sampling.
• Meets or exceeds established efficiency goals and MOS metrics.
• Sets up and operates machinery and equipment safely according to procedures and safety rules.
• Performs minor repairs and adjustments to machinery within training scope.
• Participates in continuous improvement of the manufacturing process through troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Assists in training of new team members.
• Complies with federal and state safety regulations and company policies.
• Is an active participant in councils or task forces and attends problem-solving meetings.
• Completes production paperwork accurately and timely.
