Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert automotive parts knowledge and exceptional customer service in a busy DIY-focused store. You will use store systems and POS to assist customers and drive sales.

The role involves performing services such as battery testing and installations, assisting with parts lookups, and maintaining safety and cleanliness across the store. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and sales ability.
• Must read and understand safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Ability to read simple documents and write basic correspondence.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in store and on calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service standards and store appearance.
