Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling expertise to DIY customers. You will work with store systems to locate parts, manage inventory, and maintain top-notch service.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive parts and ASE certification is preferred. You must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends, with strong communication and diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• Experience selling automotive parts and providing strong customer service.
• Ability to locate and source parts using store systems and catalogs.
• Experience with inventory processes, cycle counts, and back stock is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in store and on calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including safety and opening/closing tasks.
