Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert automotive parts knowledge, assist customers in-store and by phone, and perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements. The role is full-time and emphasizes high-quality customer service and sales achievement.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, proficiency with inventory and POS systems, and ASE certification or readiness. Flexible scheduling including weekends is needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts or retail sales.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
• Ability to use store systems and diagnose customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
