Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Colorado to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and store systems proficiency. The role involves sales, battery/wiper services, and maintaining store appearance and safety. A valid driver’s license and strong service orientation are required.

The position is full-time, requires flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends, and offers comprehensive benefits. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
