Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus; communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Understand and execute written or diagram form instructions.
• Complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.
• Use basic math in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers via in-person and phone interactions.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals while delivering service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing tasks.
• Assist in inventory processes: cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Ensure store cleanliness including floors and bathrooms.
