Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Fall River, MA is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY automotive services with expert knowledge of parts and store systems. You will assist DIY customers in person and by phone, conduct parts lookups, and help source from multiple channels while maintaining store standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Strong sales ability and customer service skills
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
• English speaking required; Spanish a plus
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services and related installations
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing and safety compliance
• Assist in inventory processes and stock replenishment
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems and test diagnostic equipment
