Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in El Paso is seeking a Retail Parts Pro. This full-time position requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and strong sales skills. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing DIY services, and achieving sales goals. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts and a valid driver's license. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus).
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
