Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and DIY service support in our store. You will assist customers, perform battery installs, testing, wiper replacements, and maintain high store standards.

The role requires strong product and inventory knowledge, ability to operate POS and lookup systems, and reliable scheduling across days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• English speaking and writing ability; strong customer interaction.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and manuals; interpret safety instructions.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and visits.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Fulfill key holder duties: task assignment, safety, opening/closing.
