Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver GAS2 selling for DIY customers, with deep knowledge of store systems, parts, and services. You will drive sales, assist with battery testing and wiper installations, and uphold store cleanliness and safety standards.

This full-time, on-site role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with inventory/POS systems. ASE P2 preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license required (ASE P2 preferred).
• Ability to read parts catalogs and use inventory/ POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Meet personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs).
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
