This full-time role involves supporting DIY customers with expert automotive system knowledge and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with battery installations, managing store inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.
• Ability to speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret documents and execute instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.

Education

Valid driver's license

ASE Certification (preferred)
