Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive diagnostics, and parts sourcing.

Responsibilities include assisting DIY customers in-store and by phone, meeting sales goals, managing battery installations, testing, and maintaining store appearance. The position is full-time and requires flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE certification preferred.
• Proven sales ability with DIY customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers; phone and in-store.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing; wiper installs.
