A major retail automotive parts company in New Braunfels is seeking a Retail Parts Pro. This is a full-time position requiring expertise in automotive systems and excellent customer service skills. The role involves supporting DIY customers through sales and store services, having a valid driver's license, and being ASE certified is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability including internal engine, suspension, brakes, electronic, exhaust, etc.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.
• Use basic math accurately.
• Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Assist in store inventory processes.
