A leading automotive retail company in Danville is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide exceptional customer service and manage inventory. The ideal candidate should have significant automotive knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers. This full-time position requires standing, lifting, and other physical activities typical for a retail environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
