Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in the United States seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions, diagnose parts issues and provide expert catalog knowledge. The role includes online and in-store interactions, parts sourcing, and leading DIY services such as battery installation and testing.

Full-time position with opportunities to grow in store operations and customer experience. Candidates should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong understanding of store systems, and ASE

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
