Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to join our store team. The role provides GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers, leverages expert parts knowledge, and uses store systems to identify, source and service parts across multiple channels.

Required are 3–5 years of automotive parts experience; ASE certification preferred but not required; a valid driver's license is a plus. The position is full-time with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery tests and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder duties: tasks, safety, opening/closing.
• Assist in inventory processes: truck put away, counts, back stock.
• Perform DIY services and part sourcing as needed.
