Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions in-store and over the phone. You will leverage GAS2 selling, manage parts lookup systems, and deliver expert customer service while meeting sales goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of auto parts experience, a valid driver's license, and strong knowledge of automotive systems; ASE certification is preferred. Expect full-time hours with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Valid driver's license
• ASE certification preferred
• English speaking and writing; Spanish a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel
• Ability to work diverse shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Install and service DIY tasks (battery, wiper, etc.)
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Perform key holder duties (task assignment, safety, opening/closing)
• Assist in store inventory processes and housekeeping
