Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales with deep knowledge of automotive parts, store systems, and diagnostics. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, accurate parts lookup, and efficient service delivery to meet sales goals.

3-5 years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license are required; ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory. The position is full-time and based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
