Advance Auto Parts in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to enhance the DIY customer experience. This role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and store inventory management, while achieving sales goals. You will manage customer interactions, conduct DIY services such as battery installation, ensuring exemplary service standards. Candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and a valid driver’s license. ASE Certification preferred. The position is full-time with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Effective communication in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
