Job summary

Smart Staffing operates a Bolingbrook, IL automotive parts warehouse and is seeking a Picker/Packer to join the team. You will accurately receive, store, pick, and pack car parts from small to large items up to 70 pounds, including engines and body parts.

The role requires 2–3 years of warehouse experience, basic to intermediate computer skills, and strong communication abilities. Schedule is first shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills; RF scanner experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and count incoming parts.
• Pick parts to fill customer orders and perform cycle counts.
• Pack parts securely to prevent damage in shipment.
• Process returns and document discrepancies.
• Support stock rearrangement, audits, and a clean workspace.
