Job summary

EchoPark Automotive in Henderson, NV, is seeking an Automotive Parts Manager to lead the Parts department and support the Reconditioning team. This role coordinates parts for technicians, manages inventory, processes warranties, and ensures timely stock levels within a dealership setting.

You will interact with service staff, order from suppliers, and maintain accurate records while upholding quality and efficiency in operations.

Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience
• Have a general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Strong computer knowledge, including spreadsheets, word processing, data entry, and inventory systems
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skillsrequired
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up consistently
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of the details, large and small
• Decision-making thatdemonstratesgood judgment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Auto Parts operations for the dealership
• Interact with the Service Technicians to coordinate parts for vehicle reconditioning
• Order parts from suppliers based on the Reconditioning Department and Technicians' requests
• Receive, unpack, and store parts inappropriate storageareas so they are readily available when needed
• Takes inventory andmaintainsrecords of parts received
• Process parts warranties and partsreturnsas necessary
• Maintain stocking levels
• Reporting when needed and as appropriate
