Responsibilities

• Oversee the Auto Parts operations for the dealership.
• Coordinate parts for vehicle reconditioning with service technicians.
• Order parts from suppliers based on requests from the Reconditioning Department and Technicians.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts properly so they are readily available.
• Maintain stocking levels and inventory records.
• Process parts warranties and returns as needed.
• Provide reporting when needed and appropriate.

Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is looking for anAutomotive PartsManager to join our team at our dealership in Henderson, NV. OurPartsManagerwillassistthe Reconditioning Manager and oversee the Parts department.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the Auto Parts operations for the dealership
• Interact with the Service Technicians to coordinate parts for vehicle reconditioning
• Order parts from suppliers based on the Reconditioning Department and Technicians' requests
• Receive, unpack, and store parts inappropriate storageareas so they are readily available when needed
• Takes inventory andmaintainsrecords of parts received
• Process parts warranties and partsreturnsas necessary
• Maintain stocking levels
• Reporting when needed and as appropriate
