Lancaster County Motors Subaru is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our high-volume parts department. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in receiving, stocking, and shipping parts while supporting technicians and parts advisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General knowledge of receiving, stocking and shipping parts.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software products.
• Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts shipments
• Package and ship outgoing parts orders
• Maintain organized stockroom and shipping areas
• Work with parts advisors and technicians to ensure timely parts delivery
• Handle returns and warranty shipments per guidelines
• Use parts inventory systems for tracking and documentation
