Job summary

XL Parts / The Parts House is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to receive and stock automotive parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will read orders, move materials, and assemble customer orders while keeping accurate records.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 0–3 years warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role is Monday–Friday, with some overtime; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock automotive parts efficiently.
• Read orders quickly to determine items to move or distribute.
• Transport materials from receiving to storage areas.
• Sort and organize materials by size, type, or product code.
• Assemble customer orders and place on pallets or shelves.
• Mark materials with identifying information and open containers.
• Record received or distributed amounts of materials.
• Weigh or count items to ensure accuracy.
• Use computer for record-keeping.
• Prepare parcels for mailing and shipment via common carrier.
