Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, handle returns, and help promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with business customers and assist in upselling products while maintaining store cleanliness and accurate stock levels. The role requires delivering friendly service, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to work days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds with assistance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts when applicable.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, etc.).
• General stocking and inventory management.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts.
