Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to professional customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will maintain knowledge of inventory, assist with stock, and engage customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in basic math and ability to read safety and operating instructions.
• English communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
