Your role includes restocking, maintaining store organization, and supporting daily operations while meeting sales goals and following safety policies. Flexibility for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive parts knowledge and a willingness to learn about promotions and products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred for customer interactions.
• Familiarity with sales goals and store performance metrics.
• ASE Certification is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Assist customers with product selection and promotions to boost sales.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized store operations.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements to keep a secure work environment.
