What You'll Do
Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner. Mirror match parts for the assistance of Technicians. Cost parts on invoice. Coordinate with Technicians and Service department to ensure that parts requests are met. Stock incoming product and track inventory. Handle some retail customers at our parts counter. Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk in.
