Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing all parts orders
  • Understanding and controlling parts inventory
  • Creating bin locations for new stock
  • Notifying customers on parts arrival
  • Notifying of shortages & damage discrepancies
  • Processing accessories and shelving them
  • Preparing items for returns and shipping
  • Separating orders for each dealership
  • Delivering parts to a second location
  • Performing light forklift duties
  • Processing warranty scrap
  • Keeping things neat and orderly
  • Following all company safety policies and procedures
  • Understanding and following federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry
Qualifications
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and some weekends
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, eagerness to improve
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional attitude and ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every day
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years and a clean driving record
