Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing all parts orders
- Understanding and controlling parts inventory
- Creating bin locations for new stock
- Notifying customers on parts arrival
- Notifying of shortages & damage discrepancies
- Processing accessories and shelving them
- Preparing items for returns and shipping
- Separating orders for each dealership
- Delivering parts to a second location
- Performing light forklift duties
- Processing warranty scrap
- Keeping things neat and orderly
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
- Understanding and following federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules and some weekends
- Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, eagerness to improve
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional attitude and ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
- Reliable transportation to and from work every day
- Valid driver's license for at least 3 years and a clean driving record
