Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year dealership warehouse experience required; equivalent combinations considered.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening (MVR, drug test, background).

Responsibilities

• Determine needs and accurately specify parts.
• Create and modify purchase orders.
• Issue POs to vendors to order parts.
• Record warranty parts returned.
• Create special ordered parts in the dealership system and notify relevant staff.
• Review special order parts tracking.
• Process and close open invoices.
• Compare invoices to requisitions for accuracy.
• Maintain records of outside purchases and issued parts.
• Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory.
• Attend weekly department meetings.
