Auto-Wares Group is seeking an Experienced Counterperson in Manitowoc, WI. You will greet customers, identify needs, and guide them through parts selections in a fast-paced store environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to manage sales transactions while delivering excellent service to customers. Training and growth opportunities are available in our Wisconsin network.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in automotive field.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our company by establishing positive experiences with every customer interaction.
• Provide efficient and accurate product expertise.
• Finalize sales via phone, in person, and other methods.
• Develop deep knowledge of parts and services we provide.
• Present all product options and uphold Never Say No values.

Job Requirements

• Previous 3years experience in automotive field.
• Customer focused with strong communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of Age
• Valid Driver’s License
• o No major violations
• o No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
• o No more than one at-fault accident
• Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a preemployment background checkand drug test.
• Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
