Job summary

Voss Chevrolet is seeking a dependable Parts Counterperson in Centerville, OH to serve technicians, service advisors, and retail customers. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and strong computer use with parts management systems.

You will be the main liaison between Parts and Service, handling over-the-counter sales, phone inquiries, and daily cashing out, while ensuring records are organized and up to date. Training on GM parts and technology is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts helpful but training may be provided.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfort with computers and parts management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between parts and service departments for parts and accessories.
• Sell parts over the counter, by phone, and through service channels with customers.
• Daily cashing out for customers and processing repair orders and special orders.
• Maintain records in alignment with repair orders and insurance estimates.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on GM parts and technology.
