Ciocca Honda of York is seeking an energetic parts professional to join a growing team. You will oversee the parts sales process, answer calls, provide quotes, verify pricing against estimates, and manage stock while processing internal requests and payments.

This is a full-time position with hourly pay plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. We offer PTO/holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, industry-leading insurance, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior auto parts sales experience preferred.
• Ability to calculate figures/amounts including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers.
• Review body shop estimates to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock.
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
