Your Role

As a Parts Counter Associate, you\'ll work directly with customers and service technicians to efficiently sell and source parts. You\'ll ensure accurate transactions, timely updates on part availability, and outstanding customer service throughout the entire process.

• Order non-stocked parts based on availability
• Support service technicians in sourcing repair parts
• Provide clear communication on pricing, availability, and ETA
