Job summary

DELLA Auto Group in Queensbury, NY seeks a Parts Counterperson to ensure accurate parts processing and excellent customer service for internal and external customers. This full-time role supports our service center and sales teams by maintaining a well-stocked inventory and precise records.

You will greet customers, locate parts, collaborate with technicians, and keep the department organized while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with automotive parts is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Identify parts and locate required items.
• Maintain accurate records of parts orders and inventory.
• Process returns and exchanges following policies.
• Keep the parts department clean and organized.
• Collaborate with service technicians on parts needs.
