What You’ll Do

• Cast Spells on Dents:Use our proprietary process to repair ding and dent damage for customers, either on a mobile route or at an assigned location.
• Enchant Customers:Review your work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate to gain approval and build business.
• Train Future Wizards:Get involved in training other Techs and work with your manager to prospect new accounts.

What You Need To Succeed

• Excellent Communication Skills:Interact with customers and build accounts.
• Strong Work Ethic:Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and Grit:Work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Physical Stamina:Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Manual Dexterity:Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
• Valid Driver’s License:A good driving record is a must.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The Starting Compensation Is Expected To Be

$75,000.00 -$85,000.00

We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
