Job summary

Caliber Collision in Springfield, OR is seeking an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose duties including tinting, mixing, masking, top coating and curing to OEM standards. You will ensure proper disassembly/reassembly and complete paint operations for vehicles returning to body technicians.

The role offers up to $20–26 per hour, with benefits from day one and weekly pay, plus opportunities for training and career growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations in a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint and mix paint to OEM standards.
• Mask, top coat, cure and reassemble as needed; ensure proper sequencing and materials usage.
• Maintain high quality paint results and safe, efficient workflow.
