Job summary

Caliber Collision in Glendale, WI is seeking an Automotive Painter to perform all-purpose paint operations, including tinting and mixing colors, applying top coats, and curing to OEM standards. The role requires ensuring proper disassembly and reassembly of components before returning the vehicle to the body technician.

You will work in a fast-paced collision center, following work orders and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints.
• Ensure OEM standards for application sequence, timing and materials usage.
• Perform masking and ensure proper disassembly/ reassembly after painting.
