Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Automotive Painter at our Murfreesboro, TN service center. The role covers all-purpose painting duties, including tinting to match colors, mixing paints, and ensuring OEM standards for application, timing and materials usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color tint to match paint color and mix paints.
• Ensure all formulations, preparations, top coating and curing meet OEM standards.
• Remove masking and reassemble disassembled components before returning the vehicle to the body technician.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and comply with shop policies.
